Welcome to LAST-IN Tech Solutions. We operate as an IT Services and Solutions company. This policy governs the privacy standards and transactional terms for our corporate platform, including the partner onboarding and subscription sections managed by us for our internal projects, such as City Junction.

01. Information Collection & Security

When you purchase a Partner Plan or use our checkout services, we collect basic identifiers such as your Name, Mobile Number, and Email Address. Financial Security: We do not collect, view, or store any sensitive payment credentials (like UPI PINs, Card numbers, or OTPs). All monetary transactions are processed securely through our verified payment gateway partner, PhonePe Payment Gateway, under strict PCI-DSS safety standards.

02. Purpose of Data Collection

The data collected during payment is used strictly to: • Verify and provision your selected Partner Plan or service tier within the LAST-IN ecosystem (including City Junction). • Issue digital transaction confirmations and activation logs.

04. Data Storage & Disclosure

All operational logs are localized and securely stored within India. We do not sell, trade, or share user data with any third-party marketing agencies. Data is shared exclusively with our payment processor (PhonePe) solely to validate your transaction status.

03. Strict No-Refund & Cancellation Policy

FINALITY OF PAYMENT

All financial transactions made on this platform for any partner program, plan, or IT service are FINAL. Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds, cancellations, or reversals will be entertained under any circumstances.

FAILED TRANSACTIONS

In case money is deducted from your account but the transaction fails on the gateway, the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment mode by your bank within 5–7 working days.
