Contract_Initiation

Welcome to LAST-IN Tech Solutions. We operate as an IT Services and Solutions company. These Terms of Service govern your use of our official website, digital products, and platform subscriptions (including City Junction). By utilizing our Services, you agree to be bound by these high-standard protocols.

03. Payments & Strict No-Refund Policy

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INITIATING FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS.

SECURE PROCESSING

All payments for our paid services or partner subscriptions are processed securely through our authorized partner, PhonePe Payment Gateway.

FINALITY OF TRANSACTIONS

By purchasing any Partner Plan, subscription, or IT service, you explicitly acknowledge that all payments are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once a transaction is successful, no refunds or adjustments will be issued.

GATEWAY FAILURES

If funds are deducted during a failed transaction, the amount will be automatically reversed to your original payment source by your banking institution within 5–7 working days.

01. Use of Services & Account Registration

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use our Services or purchase any plans. Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or checkout (such as your legal name, mobile number, and email). You are responsible for keeping this information updated. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or unauthorized data scraping. Any attempt to disrupt our servers, introduce malware, or bypass payment systems will result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.

02. Intellectual Property

All content, software, mobile application code architectures, trademarks, logos, and services displayed on this Site or related to our projects (including City Junction, My Indian Driver, and Zooy) are the exclusive property of LAST-IN Tech Solutions. You are granted a highly limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform purely for your personal or internal business operations as a registered partner/user.

04. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

Service Provision: Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the digital platforms or payment interfaces will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or absolute secure at all times. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, LAST-IN Tech Solutions and its management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data corruption arising out of your use or inability to use our platform features.

05. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of these terms or transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India.
